#SlipperyElm is a feminine plant that spiritually is known for stopping gossip. It’s native to the Midwest and Eastern regions of the US and prefers moist, compact, high lime content soil. It’s consume mostly in the form or tea, creams/salves, capsules and lozenges. It’s respected for its ability to soothe irritation and promotes healing. Take other medications and supplements at least an hour before or 3 hours after ingesting Slippery Elm, as it’s known to slow absorption of nutrients and oral medications. 🟨💜
