RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products, there are no refunds nor exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please send us an email using our Connect with Me page within 14 business days of your order date and we will work together on the best course of resolution.
Only jewelry will be allowed to be returned at purchasers expense for one free repair. Any additional repairs will be subject to a $10 fee.
Orders ship within 5-7 business days.
Orders are shipped via USPS mail. USPS tracking information is emailed upon shipment of orders.

Purchaser agrees that they have provided a correct mailing address.
Refunds/Exchanges are not an option for items lost or damaged by the mail carrier.
User agrees not to hold KhepeRa Alyce, LLC responsible for any package that is lost or damaged or any package that is stolen from the purchasers address.
Purchaser is responsible for filing a claim for a refund through USPS or the mail carrier if the package has been damaged, stolen, or lost.
